Pattern Conveyor Belt

Pattern conveyor belt is made of covered rubber with pattern, covered rubber on nonworking face and belt core, and divided into ordinary, oil resistant, acid alkaline resistant and heat resistant types according to different performance off covered rubber.

1. Materials: Cotton canvas, nylon canvas, polyester cotton canvas.
2. Feature: Dip angle 0-45,able to prevent the materials against gliding, improve transmission capacity.
3. Pattern style: Chevron shape; cylinder; U shape and special shapes.
4. Varieties: applicable to 30- 45 degrees Angle and above pattern depth more than 10 mm deep pattern conveyor belt .
applicable to 20- 30 degrees Angle and pattern depth less than 10 mm shallow pattern conveyor belt .
